Jennifer Malvado-Curtis

Jennifer serves as our Lead Transaction Manager, overseeing every stage of the transaction process from client onboarding through closing. She manages the hundreds of details required to keep each transaction on track, ensuring contracts are executed accurately, deadlines are met, and every file remains compliant. Her exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and methodical approach help create a seamless experience for both clients and agents.

She has a passion for learning reflected in her multiple degrees in world literature, architectural design, and finance. When she's not coordinating transactions, you'll often find her at the piano, where she enjoys playing the works of Rachmaninoff, Balakirev, and Liszt. She also enjoys long-distance running—going through plenty of running shoes along the way—and appreciates the focus and discipline it brings.
